In Iran, we have a religious festival named Muharram, which is a very chaotic and crowded ceremony in the streets. This film is a documentary-like narrative, which we had to shoot unplanned without much control over the items and people in the shot. It was a great experience to shoot in an unorganized situation where I had to be flexible and agile in selecting camera settings and movements.
